Here's the deal, I will keep it short (I hope).
1 - The FG block thing looks like a glitch - if in "real life" the deep guy moves around to the side, then the line SHOULD adjust to pick him up, not let him run right by. The game AI doesn't do it, so it's just a matter of timing. Well, if I time it right 90% of the time, are you OK with that? No. It's a glitch. Should never have been used anyway, because... pre-snap motion is not allowed. That's the kind of thing I'm trying to police here. Essentially, it looks like a sort of nano.
2 - Pre-snap motion - I know many of you like to roam with a safety or MLB - I do it sometimes too because the TEs are unrealistically fast and the LBs are unrealistically stupid. This was the old rule where you could move ONE player only and you had to remain on him after the snap. I'm still OK with that rule (as long as it's not Kodyak or Juke, they are not even allowed to play defense. They must simply pick a play and put the damn controller down on the couch. No kidding). Here's the thing, though, pre-snap defensive movement of any player UP TO THE LOS is banned. Totally and completely. On defense or special teams. On offense, I'm OK with allowing motion, but again THE OFFENSE MUST ALLOW the defense to adjust. That doesn't mean snap the ball as soon as the motion stops. That means, motion, stop, wait a two count at least, then snap. This allows the opponent to attempt to determine if he wants to make an adjustment and then actually make the adjustment. I will amend the rules section.
3. WR Rocket catch. For now, I would ask that everyone NOT control the WR. I think what I want to do is allow user to control WR and attempt an over the shoulder animation with Y, but I need to make sure the rocket and face glitches require the WR to depart the route. DEPARTING THE ROUTE WILL ALWAYS BE SEEN AS GLITCHING. I may just ban WR user control altogether.
That's all I got for now, I promise to do my homework on the rocket catch stuff as soon as I can. Let me know - privately - if I missed an issue you wanted me to address.
